Creative Mindfulness Art
Creative mindfulness art is an 80 minute art engagement mindfulness activity. Creative mindfulness art involves bringing an awareness and attention to making art. Participants are not required to have experience. Practicing CMA engages the mind, body, and spirit - bringing awareness to the present moment.
